Tweezer Usage: If you have very persistent ingrown hairs, a good way to treat them would be to carefully pull them out. For that, you need special tweezers. You’ll notice that Ingrown Hair tweezers are pointed at the tip. This is to minimize skin irritation.
Just a few things to remember before using the tweezers:
- Apply a warm, wet towel to your face to get the hairs closer to the surface.
- Gently pull the hairs out, but don’t pluck them completely. That will cause them to grow inside again.
- Apply antibacterial soap and/or hydrogen peroxide after using the tweezers, and make sure they are disinfected.
